Prices are quoted inclusive of UK duty and VAT at 17.5% and are valid until the next review. Prices are normally reviewed half yearly (1st November and 1st May).

The prices quoted for Special Offers and First Come First Serve Offers will be valid for the period of the offer (as specified on the website), or until stocks are exhausted.

Minimum order. The minimum order is 9 litres of wine (normally a single case, consisting of 12 bottles of 75 cls).

Payment should be made online at the time of ordering using Switch, Visa or Mastercard.

Delivery to the UK mainland (other than the Scottish Highlands) is free of charge for orders over £150.00. For orders under £150.00, there is an additional £5.00 charge for delivery, postage & packaging.

Please contact us separately for delivery costs to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles.

We aim to deliver orders within 10 to 15 working days. However as we are often dependent on a third party for delivery, there may be occasions when goods are delivered outside this timeframe.

Cancellation of an order can be made up to 7 days after the delivery is made, providing you return the goods in merchantable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for bearing the postage & packaging costs of returning the goods. You will then be reimbursed for the original purchase price.

If you do not return the goods within 21 days, we will arrange for the collection of the goods at your cost. If you fail to make the goods available within 30 days of cancellation, or fail to take reasonable care of the goods, you will be deemed to have accepted the order and will be charged accordingly.

Missing, faulty or misdescribed goods. We will inform you via e-mail when the goods are dispatched. If you have not received your delivery within 3 working days please notify us immediately.

We will provide a full refund for any goods that are faulty or misdescribed. You should inform us as soon as possible after receipt of any faulty or misdescribed goods and we will make arrangements for the wine to be returned to us at a mutually convenient time. Please note that wine is a natural product and it in not uncommon for wine to contain sediment or small crystalline deposits (particularly for older bottles). These deposits do not affect the overall quality of the wine.

Substitutes. As the wines we stock have a limited supply it’s possible that a particular wine may be out of stock. We will not substitute alternative wines without your express permission. Where a substitute is made we will ensure that the replacement item is at least as good value.

Age restriction. By making this order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age in accordance with UK law. Individuals accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age and goods will not be left with anyone who appears to be under the age of 18. Where an order is left, on your instructions, unattended you will be responsible for ensuring that it is collected by a person aged over 18.

Data protection regulations cover the use of personal information. Artisan Wines will ensure that personal data is held in accordance with data protection regulations and will not pass personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
