New 2008 vintage just in. Racy and fresh Chenin Blanc - "stylish and refined with a nice blance of toasty, citrus fruit and a fresh mineral structure" according to the "Wine Behind the Label". Owner Thierry Germain rates this as his best Insolite yet - better even that the excellent 2005.
