Latest news includes:

• we've recently taken delivery of new consignments of wine from Domaine de l'Ecu and La Ferme de la Sansonniere. In particular look out for the Granite 2008 from Ecu, which is Guy Bossard's top wine and is highly sought after and the 2008 Fouchardes from Sansonniere;

• we've had some new wines in from Thierry Germain in Saumur-Champigny. In particular look out for Thierry's explosive white, Insolite.

• Domaine Philippe Gilbert's wines have recently been tasted by top wine writer Sarah Ahmed, who will be including the domain as a rising star in a new wine book "opus Vino". Philippe employs a biodynamic approach to produce great Menetou-Salon. Philippe’s top white (the Renardiers) has been voted one of the top Sauvignon Blanc wines from the Loire;

• if you want strong reds, why not try the fabulous Rhones from Domaines Viret and Montirius? Both adopt a biodynamic approach and we can offer a good range of highly rated vintages from 2004 through to 2006. Look out for the 2006 Jardin Secret from Montirius and the 2005 Colonnades (made from 100 year old vines, and called "cosmic nectar" by James May) from Philippe Viret.
